NCBD Los Angeles

In November 2024 I got the amazing opportunity to go to Los Angeles to take part in the Nature Created By Design exhibition. The theme for 2024 was Gaia, and how everything is connected. I made these three posters showing animals that are expected to be extinct by 2050 ( when a lot of countries and companies aim to be net-zero) showcasing the little amount of time we have. All these animals and plants are connected, I did thourough research on how they need each other, and how when one of them goes extinct, soon the other one and many more will follow. The environment is a collaboration that has been pushed out of balance by humanity, and it's been time for change. This project is called Time Has No Mercy.

Turtles, fish and coral reefs are extremely important for the ecosystem, not only in the water, but also on land.

I started out by making dot-work illustrations, scanning them into my laptop and then it was time for experimenting with colors and composition. This has been such a fun and eye-opening journey, since I was doing a great amount of research for this project as well. It has truly given me a new sense of how everything connects and affects one another.
